Graduate School

Delve into
more advanced knowledge
and research
SPU has a Graduate School Research Division in Pharmaceutical Sciences for students with a strong desire to acquire more advanced specialized knowledge and conduct pharmaceutical research after graduating from the four-year undergraduate program (the final recruitment for which was made in fiscal 2005).The Research Division in Pharmaceutical Sciences consists of a two-year master's course followed by a three-year doctoral course. The master's course offers two specializations: pharmaceutical sciences and clinical pharmacy.
Reorganization into a graduate school structure designed to
follow the six-year undergraduate program
SPU plans to reorganize the current graduate school structure into one designed to follow the six-year undergraduate program by March 2012,
when the first students in the six-year undergraduate program will graduate.
The graduate school following the six-year undergraduate program will differ in educational content from that designed to
follow the four-year undergraduate program, and will consist only of a four-year doctoral course.
